Don’t break limits,expand your limits.The point is not to break but to change and become better.

Pushing the limits accommodates growth.Pushing your body is a recipe for damage.

Control

It’s tough to become perfect.Because deep down we are driven by our instincts on which we have no control.It’s the absolute or close to absolute control over your mind and body that sets you on the path of perfection.

Fortitude

When we help children or old people too much – not only they become more dependent on us but also less empowered from within.

They are not incapable – they’re just either less informed or slow due to aging.

Our way of communication also impacts them – instead of saying ‘I will do it’,we say ‘you can’t do this so let me’.

Help them only when they ask for it – strike a balance between being overbearing and being ignorant.

Do not control – just empower.

Nurture

Education provides both academic and emotional growth.Academics is something that a person may or may not put to use in their lifetime.Whereas emotion is a curative feeling that tends to remain in the hearts and minds of people now and forever.
