Life Lesson by Neuroscience

Did you know your nervous system consists of three types of neurons : sensory, motor and interneuron?

And do you know which type of neuron, amongst the three, is the most abundant in your body? It is the interneuron.

Sensory neurons sense the world around us and motor neurons act on that world. Interneuron connect sensory and motor neurons forming a complex network. THAT’S WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT.

My main intention to write this post was to teach a valuable lesson of life derived from the understanding of our own biological system.

Strength is not in the individual, but in the connections we make with the other individuals.

You may become the best at your work (like the sensory and motor neuron), but it is your connectivity (interneuron) with others that gives your strength meaning.

Meaning

Only the society and you can attach meaning to your life.

Society is a place where you have to pay your share to live,so it’s obvious that society will judge.

What about you? How do you define yourself? Is it okay to love yourself even if you do bad things?

When the society outcasts you, what meaning you attach to yourself becomes the only purpose of your life.

Value of Life

Food is a necessity, not a luxury. Unfortunately,IT IS BEING SPENT like a luxury.

When you have two kinds of people existing simultaneously: One who is going to gym to burn the extra calories they just consumed and one who is barely eaten anything in days. You know that balance is no more present.

Unless you labor, you forget the value of things. And labor here doesn’t mean to earn – but to survive. It does not mean you give up your work for the day to push yourself to the edge, but be grateful and efficient in your decisions – live like this world is your own and you’re going to be here forever – might as well preserve it.
