When you’re awake you’re applying your conscious mind into particular activity or activities.Your unconscious mind is the buzzing in the background that you get used to and come to ignore.That is why your conscious action and unconscious idea don’t mix up; and you don’t connect the dots to come up with creative ways to change the way of life.
While sleeping your scope of conscious mind reduces drastically and your unconscious mind takes over.Now you get access to your unconscious mumbling,but still no process of creativity takes place.You just randomly go through different memories without a particular goal since conscious mind’s focus is gone.
Meditation lies in between this spectrum.You are in control of your conscious mind but you don’t preoccupy yourself with the its thoughts,hence giving unconscious mind a part of the field.So there’s no power play but only sharing through which you come up with awesome ideas.
Two heads are better than one and meditation is the way to form the team.
But you must also remember that too many cooks spoil the broth.So for some people meditation is not always the answer.
That’s why we all must try to tailor generalised findings in nature to suit our particular needs.One person’s stash is another person’s treasure.
Once in awhile you need to push your limits.Otherwise you’ll lose your edge without realizing it.
Without resistance you won’t get strong and without getting strong you won’t survive.
