Instead of envying the ‘greener grass’ on the other side,take a look at the person on the other side who is envying your green land.

Learn to appreciate things that are yours.There’s nothing wrong with wanting more or less,it’s just even if you don’t get it,you need to be grateful for what you have.

You may not know it but right now there are some people who aspire to be you or a part of you.Don’t you wanna set a better example by being you and not worrying about what the others do?

We all have our roles to play,whether we like it or not.We can change our roles too,no matter how difficult or easy the change is.Sometimes we get what we want or what we don’t have,other times we don’t get lucky.

You only want more because you feel you deserve more and you feel you deserve more because you’re worth it.Don’t you think we can keep up this value of self-worth in us without letting the external world affect it?

With time our physical well being has improved but what about our mental health being?

How can we judge which one is more important to take care of now?

I just have one thing to say: You can take a pill to alleviate physical pain but there exists no pill that gives meaning to your life.

Physical health has become easier to take care of now.So yes,pay attention more to your mental health because it needs your constant love and care.

In the end it is for the individual to decide in what way they want to be happy physically,psychologically or both.
