Adapt

The world is unfair. It serves as a reminder that nothing is perfect. Everything requires effort to reach perfection. And perfection only comes through change. If we are not willing to change, we will not rise to become better people.

Right fit

I feel it is better that people underestimate you rather than overestimate you.

Those who are underestimated are not dragged down by others.

Those who are underestimated are not pulled up either, but at least you can climb up on your own to make up for that.

To overestimate someone’s skill leads to inefficiency in work and wrong attitude, but to underestimate someone at least opens up space for improvement and development.

Shouldn’t we go for the right estimation? Well with so much subjectivity in human nature that is a pipe dream.

Competition

There may be some people who laugh at you or complain about you, trying to drag you down when you’re reaching your peak of success.

Let them do that. Because that’s all weak can do. Just kick them in the face a bit while they’re pulling your leg.

Life Lesson by Neuroscience

Did you know your nervous system consists of three types of neurons : sensory, motor and interneuron?

And do you know which type of neuron, amongst the three, is the most abundant in your body? It is the interneuron.

Sensory neurons sense the world around us and motor neurons act on that world. Interneuron connect sensory and motor neurons forming a complex network. THAT’S WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT.

My main intention to write this post was to teach a valuable lesson of life derived from the understanding of our own biological system.

Strength is not in the individual, but in the connections we make with the other individuals.

You may become the best at your work (like the sensory and motor neuron), but it is your connectivity (interneuron) with others that gives your strength meaning.

Recognition

If I focus my energy into what others are doing,I will run out of energy to do something for myself.

You don’t need become exactly like the people you look up to.They are for reference sake. Not cheat sheet.

You make your own standard with your own strengths and weakness. You become your own unique you.

Action

Extreme emotion is a good trigger for action.

If you started something big, then it means your reason was important too, right?

We don’t take risks unless almost guaranteed returns.

If along the way you feel that you’re faltering, remember the emotion you felt when you began all this.

It will remind you vividly what you want and what you’re owed.

Earning money and status

Earning money and being famous holds both ways.

The more money you earn, the more famous you are.It doesn’t even have to be personal income, charity work can count.

The more famous you are,the more money you earn. Now this is a little tricky. When the fame is used as means to influence, you earn money. But if that knowledge or skill goes unused on a wider scale, you probably stay where you are.

These hidden talents may not be hidden at all. They could be just undiscovered.

So I guess if you want to earn money, you have to focus on being famous. It is just a simple way to say that meet more people, build a network and spread a word about the talents you possess.

You can’t expect people to respect and pay you unless you prove why you should be respected and paid.
