You do NOT need meat, eggs and dairy to survive.
If you don’t have whole plant foods with you at the moment, eating animal based foods will certainly save your life, but it should be avoided in the long run.
Overall, prefer plant based foods over animal based foods for health, animal welfare and environment.
I’ll keep building the argument in subsequent posts. You don’t have to believe me, you can always refer to more reliable sources such as peer reviewed scientific research studies.
To do so, Google scholar will be a great way to start. It’s a search engine for finding research publication.
Use Google scholar instead of Google search. It will give you more valid data on basis of scientific rigor.
