Nope, Iād much rather exercise for the energy boost, or until I collapse from exhaustion, satisfied that I worked my body hard. Relaxation is the opposite of my exercise goals.
Agree. As a medical professional,I know some, over do because of adrenaline effect and in the long run suffer health problems.leave alone certain short term health problems. This is not to scare anybody but to have awareness of ill effects of overdoing to the point of exhaustion.
I agree.When people overdo things,they feel cramped both physically and mentally.It may feel fulfilling in short-term but its implications in long-term may or may not so good.
